1. Upon receiving the cancellation notification from the guest, the owner puts regulation:
- If the guest cancels his/her reservation within 7 days after the payment of the advance payment (no later than 2 months before the beginning of the stay), the 95% of the advance payment will be returned to the guest.
- If the guest cancels his/her reservation no later than 2 months before the beginning of the stay, the 85% of the advance payment will be returned to the guest.
- If the guest cancels his/her reservation within 2 months before the beginning of the stay, the owner is not obliged to return the advance payment.
2. If the guest does not appear at the destination until the end of the first day of the stay (and does not notify the owner about the reasons for the no-show), the guest loses the right to accommodation and the return of the advance payment. There is always a possibility that the guest finds an alternative guest for the same reservation, but the guest has to inform the owner a few days earlier about that.
3. If the guest leaves the accommodation unit before the agreed date, the owner retains the total amount of the money paid by the guest.
4. If the guest wants to cancel the accommodation that he has reserved, he/her has to do it via e-mail.
